Family life isn't about big celebrations or holidays. It's about the messy, noisy, chaos of normal days - weekend lunches, playground trips and sofa snuggles before bed. It's about being together, and being yourself.
For that reason, my family shoots last for a few hours. I take time to get to know you all - especially if you have children. I encourage you to get on with whatever you're doing, whether it's playing together or eating dinner. Then I start shooting only when everyone feels at ease and comfortable.

Family shoots can take place wherever you'd like - at home, in the park or somewhere special. They're designed to be fun, not formal, so even if you're normally camera-shy I'll make sure it feels easy and not awkward.
I won't force anyone to pose or smile. And I'll allow your family dynamics and personality to lead the direction of the session entirely.
